It's Monday -- What are You Reading?

It's Monday - What are you Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at bookjourney to allow us to share with others in the book-loving cyberworld what is on our reading plates.

    This week I completed:
     Books in Progress
I am expecting a crazy busy week at work this week, so I will be happy if can have time to read these books (well, make progress on Ulysses) and make it to my two book group discussions.

What are you reading this week?

  2. You have a nice mixture of books there. I can see why you would read Weiner at the same time as Joyce: it makes it more bearable!

  4. After reading Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society, you need to see Island at War, an older Masterpiece Theater production about the German occupation of the Channel Islands. If you have netflix, it's easily available.

  6. Nancy -- thanks for the recommendation -- I'm off to put it on my netflix queue right away!

Sheila and Becky -- I hope to have a review for We Need to Talk About Kevin up this week, crazy workload permitting. And I can't highly recommend Guernsey enough. It is a wonderful little book that will make you feel like giving it a great big hug when you are finished.
