It's Monday -- What are you Reading?



  It's Monday - What are you Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at bookjourney to allow us to share with others in the book-loving cyberworld what is on our reading plates.

  I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas.  Mine was very quiet; although I love celebrating the holiday with my nieces and nephew every few years it's nice to be able to stay home and just relax.  This week at work I'll be busy co-ordinating our annual physical inventory, so things are going to be a bit crazy in my world.

    Ooooh, what do you think of War & Peace? I'm currently reading Anna Karenina and I love it, but man is it taking me forever!

    You know, it's funny...when I read War and Peace, way back in the day, I didn't think of the 900+ pages as an obstacle course like I would now. I also read Gone With the Wind twice (1000+ pages).

    I should read it again.

    Oo..War and Peace! I've been recommended that book by a friend of mine..but i haven't gotten around to reading it yet..Looking forward to your book review..

    I'm sad to say that I've never finished War and Peace; however, next month, I'm starting a readalong for Anna Karenina (another tome that's on my list of "I Must Read Before I Die" books). You had a great reading week!

    Good luck with War & Peace! I started that once upon a time...don't think I'll ever actually read the whole thing. Loved Anna Karenina,though.

    I just finished Part 2! I couldn't wait to see how it resolved. And I'm really enjoying it. I hope you are too. Not LOVING it but being fully amused at least.
